​Craig is very familiar with the elements of home construction, proper installation, maintenance, and home safety. He knows how the systems and components are intended to function together as well as why they fail. With his strong work ethic, experience with home remodel projects, and 20 years experience in the HVAC and refrigeration trade he knows how a home should be properly built. Craig wants to use these skills to help future homeowners to ease the stresses of buying a home and a smooth selling experience for current homeowners. He is an ASHI certified inspector, an InterNACHI member, fully insured, and a member of Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce. He has a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for assisting homeowners. He’s dedicated to helping families live in a safe, healthy, and comfortable home.
